Refund Policy
At About Digital, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing, software, and technology solutions. Due to the nature of our services, we follow the refund policy outlined below:
1. Service-Based Refunds
- Payments made for digital marketing services, consulting, strategy development, branding, design, and custom development are non-refundable once the project has started.
- If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing costs.
2. Software & Product Refunds
- Payments for custom-built software, SaaS solutions, or licensed products are non-refundable once access or development has been initiated.
- Subscription-based services may be canceled for future billing cycles but no refunds will be issued for the current or past billing period.
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
- About Digital fails to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons.
- A written request is submitted within 7 days of payment.
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of About Digital.
